Photo History
"Two Huron Township women were shot and killed by a next-door neighbor who objected to their building a fence a long a lot line, police said. A running 25-year feud ended when Susan Pittmann 56, and Christine Puckett 39, were shot point-blank range by their neighbor who in the past also disapproved of the lesbian couple's open displays of affection."

"We hope the family and the community realize that society and the prosecutor's office believe all life is sacred, gay or otherwise."

Assistant Wayne County Prosecutor Robert Agasinski
